Rush Tickets

We would sincerely appreciate it if you would carefully note the following:

• Rush tickets may not be offered for every performance.
• If available, up to 75 tickets will be offered for each San Diego Opera performance.
• If available, Rush Tickets go on sale 2 hours prior to curtain and will remain on sale until gone or until 30 prior to curtain, whichever comes first.
• Rush Tickets will be made available on the day of performance only.
• CASH only will be accepted for Rush Tickets – no checks or credit cards.
• For your convenience, you may call (619) 533-7000 the day of the performance to learn if Rush Tickets will be available.
• The Rush Ticket line forms OUTSIDE the east front door of the Civic Theatre.
• Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to people in the Rush Ticket Line.
• Limit – 1 ticket per person.
• Rush seats will vary by performance.
• Tickets purchased in advance cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for Rush Tickets.
• Rush seat locations are subject to availability.

Gentle Reminder

If you choose to arrive earlier than 2 hours prior to the performance, we regret that we cannot provide shelter or seating while in the Rush line – so please come prepared.
